Inside Sales

An inside sales person is the liaison between field sales activities and inside support operation. When customers call in for needs, inside sales is the first responder to customer's contact. The main function is to coordinate internal activities for order processing.

Main tasks are listed but not limited to the following;                                                                                 

1. Respond to incoming calls and direct them to proper person and department;

2. Assist customers to put together a PO;

3. Coordinate with field sales people for prompt response of customers' needs;

4. Maintains and updates basic information (contact info and account info) of customers;

5. Following up with shipping status;

6. Knowing logistics, taking order and tracking delivery time during the whole process.

Responsibilities:

1. Responding to customers’ inquiries and requests - 40%;

2. Order processing and do ordinate with field sales people- 30%;

3. Record keeping and report generating – 20%;

4. Visit customers for promotional activities – 10%.
