QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring that preparing related documents for necessary materials and operations properly,
- Maintain the safety stock level for sustainable production,
- Establishing purchasing process of the company
- Additionally; in order to improve supply chain management, keeping purchasing record, analyzing purchasing data.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the materials on time, complete and in conformity with required conditions & specifications
- Ensuring specially spare part/consumables purchases
- Following repair activities with maintenance
- Monitoring the performance of suppliers, giving feedback to SCM Manager
- Supporting bonded warehouse and plant warehouse activities
- Filling operational documents in an orderly fashion
- Constantly controlling stock level of consumables to maintain min. / max. requirements for the facility
- Negotiating with suppliers about price/payment terms/delivery terms for both products and services
- Searching for alternative products and/or service suppliers at all time
- Date recording to analyze the purchasing trend(s) and the cost of goods
- Managing good relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships both internally and externally
- Reporting SCM issues directly to SCM Manager and supporting SCM Manager on purchasing issues
- Preparing necessary documents for creating purchase orders in ERP system
- Preparing related documents for good and invoice receipt in ERP system
- Following stock situation and preparing related documents for implement ERP system
- Managing all communications with related departments and customs brokers
Requirements and Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good command of English
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations
- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing/procurement processes, policy and systems
- Warehouse management knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish and process contracts
- Strong business follow-up and control skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, power point and outlook)
- Preferably experienced in ERP System ( SAP-NETSIS)
- Able to Multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
