Job Description

The Procurement and Administration Specialist is responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience & Skill

  • Graduated from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Industrial Engineering or related field from a reputable university
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Knowledge on organization and time-management
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills,
  • Take ownership and responsibility,
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High research ability, positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • High proficiency in MS Tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Class B driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Manage suppliers; request for quotation, negotiation and contract
  • Establish as an interface between the suppliers, third parties and all company departments
  • Ensure operational interaction with procurement and planning teams
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and vendor communications
  • Monitoring stock and fixtures
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing.
  • Management in organizing and maintaining related documents and records.
  • Ensure the quality and stability of supply acquisition
  • Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives
  • Perform quality controls and monitor operations
