QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Fields of Engineering, Administration, Economics or Statistics.

•         Minumum 1 year experience,  preferably in a multinational Company or new graduation.
•         Being a team player with good communication skills
•         Strong sense of urgency and multitasking skills.
•         Customer & Result oriented
  
•         Being fluent in English  both written and spoken.
  
•         Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  
•         No restriction to travel (domestic & abroad) 
•         Able to work flexible working hours
  
•         Live or willing to live in Kocaeli
  
•         No Military obligation for male candidates

•     JOB DESCRIPTION        

•        To be responsible for design management.
•        To check trademark register for each new design and to set customer expectation about the way to follow for acceptable or unacceptable designs.
  
•        To generate new items for each acceptable design and initiate/finalize repro-sales process.
  
•        To manage the workflow/communication between Crown & Repro Studios & Customers to ensure best quickest service for each job.
  
•        To help weekly production planning in the most efficient way and ensure customer leadtimes are fully met through that plan.
  
•        To organize customers for joining new design approvals or to sign “Disclamer” unless they prefer not to join.
  
•        To update/publish daily status report for live/new designs to internal customers.
  
•        To approve new designs on production line if customer does not join itself.
•        To host/to company customers who come for design approval and to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through the process.
  
•        Leading exclusive/promotional  projects with customers.
  
•        Regular daily and monthly reporting.
  
•        Operating and managing repro budget.
