QUALIFICATIONS

        Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

        Minumum 4-5 years experience,  preferably in a multinational Company

        Being a team player with good communication skills.                                              

        Strong sense of urgency and multitasking skills.

        Customer & Result oriented                                                                                 

        Being fluent in English  both written and spoken.                                                 ,

        Good knowledge of MS Officeapplications-especially Excel. 

        No restriction to travel (domestic & abroad)

        Able to work flexible working hours

JOB DESCRIPTION

        Directly reports to Sales Manager within a lean organization and follows up all the  tasks given in a timely manner.

        Truly represents the company & keeps regular communications with customers.

        Supports business processes by feeling fully responsible over 50+ domestic & export customers and ensures satisfaction at all levels.

        Works closely with other teams and follows up daily customer operations to use problem solving ability incase needed to avoid dissatisfaction.

        Daily/monthly reporting for sales, stocks and market trends through structured excel reports.

        Monthly reporting for 10 key customer dashboards & presents it through customer planning meetings.

        Analyses & reports aluminium, tax, sugar & fx rate evolution quarterly.

        To do retailer price checks and analyses/reports quarterly.

        To prepare quotations and do customer agreements with the lead & approval of Sales Manager.

        Plans/does regular customer visits within the year and seeks for new customer opportunities.

        Responds/cooperates for the new potential customer asks till agreement is done , and introduces new customers into the system & assigns customer representative to manage daily operations.

        Follows up and assists for pricing & scrap requests and does/shares agreed calculations by finance.

        Assists for Budgets & RFs for the tasks given by the Sales Manager.

        Reciprocal back-up the other team member in the department who is responsible for design management.
