QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Following  booking demands after receive information of  customer following completion of Sales and Marketing activity with container numbers and sending booking confirmation sent forwarders/ultimate shippers by creating booking in system of company based on KPI set by HQ,
  • Chasing and control of equipment stocks on daily basis based on trade and budget concern with coordination of Sales and Marketing department,
  • Checking/amending/ applying standard routings in the system. Sending application Marine operation centers and agencies  for creation new routes if it is not available in the system,
  • Accepting FOB-EXW export bookings from overseas agencies, checking cargo readiness with the shippers/forwarders, checking Rate item,  equipment situation and nominating available loading vessel. Confirming the booking to shipper/forwarder and contract owner COSCO agency,
  •  Providing information to the shippers for any change on vessels schedule and sending vessel ats information to customers after vessels sailed,
  • Handling change of destination request,
  •  Handling Return to origin of import cargo from Turkey,
  • Daily and weekly reports,
  • Any possible job assigned by department manager.

Education and Experience

  • Intermediate level English and in MS Office,
  • 1,2 year market experience is preference.
