Corteva Agriscience has an exciting opportunity for a Secondary Distribution Logistics Coordinator position who will be responsible for execution of the logistics and contract administration activities related to local distribution warehouses (secondary distribution) for EMEA Crop Protection in Adana, Turkey in a contractual basis.

This role is accountable for the transactional activities related to inventory management (goods receipts, goods issues, inventory adjustments, cycle count), logistics (delivery note creation, carrier booking management, consolidation of shipments) and overall contract administrator activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute inbound Goods Receipt and outbound Goods Issues
• Contract administration related activities
• Creation of Delivery Notes and transportation booking, management of loads consolidation
• Follow up with the warehouse on the scheduled loads and the deliveries to our customers
• Short term management of the warehouse loading and storage capacity and carrier performance
• Oversight of the inventory cycle counts and inventory adjustments
• Follow up on the imports together with the customs broker
• Verification of the invoices provided by the warehouses
• Transportation booking of customer orders

Requirements

What expertise have you grown? What do you bring to the table?

• You have minimum 2 years of experience in logistics.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Management
• You are able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization with your excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 

Preferences

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics activities.
• Knowledge of information systems supporting logistics activities.
• Proficiency in English.
