Corteva Agriscience™ has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Turkey with a contractual offer basis.

The role of Administrative Assistant involves a diverse and advanced administrative support for Sales Team. Assignments involve work of a confidential and complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment and diplomacy, as well as comprehensive knowledge of organization policies and procedures.

 Key responsibilities

  • Interfaces with executive, administrative and line management support to Sales Team, both internally and externally, to communicate and/or gather pertinent information.
  • Responsible for following up on action items, projects for Sales Team.
  • Compiles data, metrics, prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations and other documents.


 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Preferably at least 1 years of similar experience related to business support,
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills,
  • Proven ability to build relationships with people at all levels,
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • Ability to work in a team orientated environment, is self-motivated and eager to learn and assist others,
  • Multitasking, organization and documentation skills
  • Able to maintain proper level of confidentiality,
  • Proficient PC skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel usage,
  • Excellent command on English for both verbal and written communication,
  • Highly organized and detail oriented,
  • Ability to prioritize,
  • Strong time management skills,
  • Stress resistant,
  • This position is with a contractual offer basis.
