CMC GROUP, Europe’s leading providers of private label solutions in the field of cosmetics, medical, baby, and home care products, is looking for Production Manager for its growing business in Mersin Turkey.

• Engineering degree acquired from a prestigious universities in Turkey or abroad  preferably in Chemical, Textile and Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of production experience, preferably in FMCG companies.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (German would be an asset as a second language)
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent analytical skills, result oriented and self-motivated
• Well-developed communication skills, team building and leadership skills.
• Planning and organising skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Living in Mersin

• Implement and manage production programmes, co-ordinate available labour, material and plant to achieve production requirements according to specifications of time, quantity and quality;
• Ensure the performance of the lines to be kept minimum at target;
• Pro-active staff management by setting, reviewing and following team goals;
• Manage, control and supervise the production process
