• Bachelor’s degree in Law,
• Minimum 3 years experience in a company or law firm,
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Knowledge and experience in the fields of Civil Law including but not limited to Construction Law, Contract Law, Commercial Law, Labor law,
• Knowledge and experience in drafting, reviewing and attending negotiations relating to the  contracts,
• Experience in litigation processes,
• Able to work in multicultural business environment,
• Excellent knowledge of Uyap and MS Office programmes,
•  Strong communication, planning and organization skills,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast in action with detailed planning.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the legal search of laws and regulations including with the company rules and guidelines regarding the corporate compliance matters,
• Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts,
• Responding to Court notifications,
•  Providing daily legal advice to all departments of the company,
• Supporting to prepare the corporate documents,
• Researching and analyzing the legislation on complex issues and writing briefs and reports,
• Following up litigation matters in-house or via the external law firms.
