Human Resources Business Partner’.
- University degree in related fields, MBA or master’s degree in human resources is preferred,
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR , especially in recruitment,
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
- Organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information,
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic & multitasking working environment,
- Excellent written and spoken English skills,
- Excel and PP proficiency,
- High level of ownership, initiative and flexibility,
- Outstanding level of diligence, attention to detail,
- Excellent process management skills,
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
- Onboard the managers with the HR strategy, its link to the business and importance; be the role model of the culture in the organization,
- Conduct strategic workforce planning exercise in the functions in scope; identify critical sourcing / training needs and liaise with the Organizational Development expert for planning,
- Work with managers to identify the optimum organizational design,
- Work with the managers to identify KPIs to maximize performance,
- Work with the managers to identify engagement drivers in the functions in scope; follow up on implementation of identified action plans,
- Foresee potential talent issues in the functions; identify actions to address those,
- Coach on and support managers with HR related decision making processes,
- Act as center of excellence and plan&conduct HR processes such as HSE, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, PM, Talent, employee relations etc.
- Drive the employer branding and digitilization in HR.
