QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an "International Sales Executive" who will report to the position of Global Sales Manager, with the following general qualifications, to be assigned to the Sales Department.

  • University degree in Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences,
  • Fluent in English (Turkish and other languages are preferred),
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office programs
  • Preferably has an autocad (dwg) skills
  • Preferably 5-7 years of Sales engineering experience,
  • Open to exploring new countries and new sectors,
  • Travel internationally to visit customers and enhance relationships
  • High persuasiveness, successful in human relations, prone to teamwork,
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Preferably with “Business development” experience,
  • Preferably with “B2B” experience,
  • Preferably with an experience & knowledge about industrial Refrigeration in global food industry 
  • Preferably with previous hot sales experience,
  • Has an experience in international trade (Ex-Im) operations,
  • Having a career and promotion goal in sales,
  • Residing or able to reside in Antalya.
  • Able to travel domestically or internationally

 

  • Managing sales processes related to products and services by visiting customers,
  • Managing the existing customer portfolio and creating determined growth rate in existing sales operations.
  • Taking necessary actions to create new markets by making direct market survey,
  • Creating a new end users portfolio in target countries,
  • Creating a new business partners (B2B) portfolio in target countries,
  • Realization of quarter based sales targets,
  • Taking an active role in determining sales strategies and implementing changes,
  • Taking fast and strong action on hot sales,
  • Travelling abroad (1-1,5 weeks per month)
  • Auditing construction sites & facilities in terms of industrial Refrigeration applications.
  • Following market needs and sales trends,
  • Establishing and managing strong relationships with end users & business partners within the scope of sales targets,
  • Carrying out studies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate

5 - 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Exempt, Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
