QUALIFICATIONS

·       University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Metallurgy & Material / Engineering

·       At least3 - 7 years experience; preferably in White Goods, Automotive Manufacturing, Quality ,R&D or After Sales Technical Service

·       Proficient oral and written communication skills in English

·       Advanced MS Office (Esp. MS Access & MS Excel, Powerpoint, Minitab, SAP) knowledge; preferably experience in data structures, database management and data analysis

·       Ability to use measurement instruments and test equipments.

·       Good Knowledge of basic core quality approaches like; FMEA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Calibration

·       Knowledge about Problem Solving Methods (8D with Fish Bone, 5 Why etc.).

·       Knowledge of and experience with Quality Systems (ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001:2015), Internal Auditor Certificate

·       Dynamic, Proactive team player, Entrepreneurship and having good communication by Zero Distance for problem solving and enacting skills

·      Leadership for direct employees.

·       No obstacles for travels

·       Below 30 years of age

·       Having a valid driving license and active driver,

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Project planning and execution for technical installations & modifications and continuous improvement at all internal production processes.

·       Work with manufacturing partners to improve quality performance, implement quality systems/processes and process controls.

·       Lead and/or execute all Quality improvement activities, Kaizen projects according to the Plant FPY Target (First pass Yield ), Scrap Targets according to the OEE targets.

·       Preparing the process quality documentation/reports for projects acc to the PFMEA outputs.

·       Training plan preparation and shopfloor single point job training activities acc to the ILU matrix for operators.

·       Design and implementation of Poka-Yoke’s as fault preventive systems for reducing defectiveness, integration of Jidoka systems for effective Quality filtering gates with Industrial partners.

·       Preparing quality metrics for daily, weekly and monthly tracking and trending.

·       Determine process capability of critical manufacturing processes and develop improvement plans (as/if needed).

·       Analyze internal/external customer complaints and material non-conformances for trends and opportunities for productimprovement.

·       Facilitate change management process with manufacturing partners.

·       Measuring activities for production tests for new material and supplier components process validation.

·       Be part of launching new and derivative models by coordination of Lapro. (Launch Of Product )

·       Execute all ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System Activities.

·      All other duties as assigned.
