QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implementation of standard time/MTM analysis on the Production lines,
- Implementation of line balancing activities in the factory,
- Analyses of the work flow by means of work & time studies
- Set operation standards, compare planned production time vs. real production time, actively initiates improvement Project
- Study of improving working conditions
- Analysis of the work flow, improves work place design
- Perform ergonomic studies
- Apply the rules of movement savings
- Ensures that existing working methods, processes and product quality improve
- Drive Lean Production Activities
- To fulfill other duties given by the first manager related to duty
- B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience; preferably in White Goods, Automotive Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Good knowledge of process time management and lean management
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Harmonious teamwork, strong communication skills
- Knowledge & good experience in project management
- Dynamic, team player, and having good communication, problem solving and enacting skills
- Good verbal and written skills in English
- Thinking broadly about business
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility
- Building collaboration
- No obstacles for travels
- Having a valid driving license and active driver
- No military obligation for male candidates
