Energy Project Engineer

• University Degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering or equivalent, 
• At least 5 years experience as an Energy Engineer,Experiences in boiler, HVAC, chiller, compressors and water treatment systems,
• Site Management experience is a plus,
• Energy Manager Certificate,
• ISO50001 knowledge,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good analytic skills,
• Good knowledge of instruments and methods for measuring power and heat consumption,
• Good command of MS Office and AutoCAD, SolidWorks Programs,
• Team player working in multinational teams,
• Good command of written and verbal English,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residing or willing to reside in Eskişehir.

Job Description

• Producing new ideas and projects related to energy saving and efficiency,
• Manage and follow new solar investment projects,
• Following  and reporting the thermal and electrical energy targets of the all factories on a daily, monthly and annual basis,
• Building ISO50001 system for all factories,
• Collecting all kinds of energy consumption data of the factory, processing them into the energy tracking system and taking necessary actions in case of any abnormality and informing the relevant persons,
• Managing annual electricity and natural gas supply contracts and legal processes,
• Organizing and following up the planning of the annual periodic maintenance of the machines in the auxiliary enterprises both with the technical team and with the foreign service companies. (Compressors, air conditioning systems, boilers, water treatment systems…),
• Implement new energy efficiency technologies,
• To produce and manage projects for the improvement and development of processes in Production,
• Managing all processes related to the projects under responsibility (quotation, purchase, installation, commissioning, documentation…),
• To give and provide the necessary training to increase the knowledge and skills of the teams under responsibility,
• To contribute to the lean systems in the factory together with the team under responsibility (5S, Kaizen, TPM).
