Product Manager

• He/She will identify the needs market, segment, prepare marketing plan to facilitate the growth of the brands and lead the execution,
• Coordinate & execute projects with internal and external resources (trade promotion, sales, market research and advertising),
• Managing and developing to Lead Product Development Projects,
• Monitoring brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans,
• Controlling marketing & promotional expenditure within budget limits,
• Managing to creative and media agency and leading all the 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, PR, Packaging Agencies, Research Partners,
• Monitoring results and reporting to against goals on timely basis

Required

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration),
• Min. 3 years of Product Management experience, preferably food & beverage sector,
• Having experience Brand positioning, Product Development, Creative Agency Management, Media Agency Management, Pricing, Marketing Budget Manegement & all other marketing aspect,
• Fluent in English,
• Strong presentation and communication skills,
• Passionate and curious,
• Multifunctional skill base (financial,operations and sales as well as marketing),
• Result oriented,
• Strategic and analytical thinking
