QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities

·         Maintain and develop Quality and Food Safety Management Systems

·         Develop, implement and update HACCP plan throughout all supply chain

·         Perform the verification process of Quality and Food Safety Management system through HACCP / OPRP / PRP review, GMP audits, internal audits

·         Manage all operational and prerequisite programs including microbiology, pest control, GMP and hygiene

·         Supporting Bunge's global QFS and Continuous Improvement applications (TPLYM, Toolbox talks, 5S, Kaizen etc.)

·         Supporting QFS Leader with information flow such as data-trend, root cause analysis and actions when necessary, and following corrective and preventive actions

·         Analyze the data and results and share the feedback on consumer and customer complaints with the relevant plant QFS lead, if needed.

·         Take action in relevant situations to analyze root cause with related teams and prevent consumer / customer recurrence triggered by non-compliance

·         Prepare specifications for product, packaging or input chemicals when necessary.

·         Supporting product evaluation and implementation during the new product development (NPD) process / phases

·         Fulfill the responsibilities to the Ministry of Customs by entering the system for export products 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

•         At least 3 years of experience in Food industry

•         Having a bachelor's degree in Food or Chemical Engineering 

•         Fluent Business English

•         To have up-to-date information about legal requirements in the field.

•         Knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP

•         HACCP, ISO 9001, BRC, Halal and KOSHER knowledge
