We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICES SPECIALIST with the following job descriton;

• Being responsible for following up the proposal processes
• Meeting customer demands while considering customer satisfaction
• Preparing all kinds of information and documents required by customers
• Supporting Sales Team and representing BSK Global in MEA region
• Managing and translating corporate documents about sales/customer services related areas

To perform required duties, following qualifications are required;

• (4) year degree, preferably engineering degree; however, International Business, Logistics, Economy and similar degrees are also acceptable
• Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service, technical sales and/or technical service fields
• Experience and/or inclination for technical products and technical drawings
• Knowledge about; material handling systems, cement, mining, asphalt, fertilizer or power generation industries is an asset 
• Excellent command of written & verbal French and good command of English
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• No restriction for travelling in and out of country
• Willing to work extra hours when necessary
• Driving licence (class B)
