Your Responsibilities

You think it’s time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as ;

/ Driving all kind of process management and improvement activities for T-MEA-CIS Region countries; including management, consultancy and prioritization of cross-functional and process improvement activities, supported with digital solutions and platforms

/ Steering homogene organizational development on RTC aligned with global framework

/ Managing, mobilization & development of the team upon company and department strategy targets

/ Ensuring correct, transparent and on time implementation of governance activities 

/ Driving, tracking and reporting of Internal Control System on Regional level

Your Profile 

/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, MIS or Industrial Engineering

/ Minimum 5 years (incl.2 years team management experience) mainly in Process Management & Optimization, Business Analysis; Project Management; Governance i.e. document management topics

/ SAP Module consultancy background is asset for strong process management capability & know how

/ Experience in Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum or Change Management methodologies is highly preferrable

/ Excellent in interpersonal skills and persuasive communication with HQ departments, BPT leaders, regional and global key stakeholders to ensure regulated, legal and compliant activities
