Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as

/ Being responsible for system design and reporting with focus on Customer Service processes

/ Analyzing and processing specifications in order to develop a standardized template for international usage

/ Preparing of detailed and elaborated Process Analysis documents and "Business Requirement" documents for the development team

/ Creating test scenarios and testing the versions

/ Preparing of user guide, training documents or any additional template documents

Your Profile

/ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Economics, Business Administration or related fields

/ Minimum 1-3 years experience as Business Analyst preferably in a Customer Service department, and SAP CRM experience is a big asset

/ SQL knowledge and BI Tool experience (Qlik Sense, Qlik View etc.) is a big asset

/ Fluent in English both written and verbal is must, and German or any other language is a big asset

/ Good communication and intercultural skills and ability to work under stress

/ No restriction to travel abroad
