Requirements:

• University or Master Program students from reputable universities
• Able to use MS Office applications
• Good command of English both written and verbal
• Collaborate with teams across the IDT function and other business functions
• Accuracy and detail orientation especially for analyzing business requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with ticketing systems in order to raise local and global tickets
