QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Min 2-3 years of experience as General Manager Assistant or CEO Assistant
Excellent command on English, both written and spoken
Good command of MS Office applications ( for excample: Power Point, Excel, Word..)
Strong interpersonal and communaciton skills
Having good knowledge and work about social media network.
Excellent time management with strong follow - up.
Organizing Daily work and meetings for General Manager.
Cordinating phone and email traffics.
Providing andfollowing information between GM and departments.
Attending and Making peresentations for meetings.
Preparing reports and other documentation.
Preparing filling system.
Coordinate communication and general needs amongst team.
Making business and personal travel arrangements, and following up all travel transactions for all staff.
