Job Description

We as an agile team driven by Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose and leading Manufacturing IT & i4.0 solutions of the company are looking for an enthusiastic engineers to join us as a Production Engineer and volunteer to contribute to the motto of Bosch “Invented for life”. Plus at the same time you will have great opportunities to develop yourself with trainings. How does that sound?

The role is based at our Bosch Bursa Powertrains Solutions Plant.

Your valuable contribution to digital transformation:

• Machinery planning (line and layout planning, workplace ergonomy)
• Product and process planning
• Collaboration at superior projects like optimization and general improvement of processes and procedures
• Supporting projects on the manufacturing places as efficiency, safety, quality, improvement etc.
• Coordinative tasks, long-term investment and  strategic planning for KPIs

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Engineering background  (mechanical and mechatronic engineering) preferably with background in manufacturing and technical areas
• More than 3 years of technical experience is preferable
• Experienced in problem solving methods
• Assertiveness  and ability to negotiate & convince on management level
• Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration
• Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English. German is an asset.
