Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Process Development Engineer (Pressing) for our TEF14 Section.

The position is located in Bursa at our Powertrain Solutions Plant.

Your contribution to something big:

• Process development engineer responsible for pressing and caulking
• Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines and new products
• Responsibility and support for R&D-projects

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• University degree in Mechanical engineering, Production engineering, Mechatronics engineering
• Know-how regarding assembly technologies (pressing, caulking, hot gas staking)
• Fluent in Turkish and very good command in English (plus German is an asset)
• Basic knowledge regarding systems like Digiforce, Promess, Kistler, Force-Displacement sensors, pressing pneumatic
• Basic knowledge for monitoring press-fit and joining operations, torque and process curves
• Monitoring the assembly processes which contains precisely defined functional relationships between two or more measured quantities, pressing curves
• Being able to use graphical and mathematical evaluation techniques
