Customer Service Export Specialist / Gemlik

We are looking for “Customer Service Export Specialist” to be assigned in  Bursa / Gemlik location of our  Borusan Mannesmann Pipe Plant.

Qualifications;

• Bachelors degree of Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or International Trade,
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales planning, order management and shipment operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Excellent analytical and systematical thinking skills, able to work with details, developed communication skills, solution-oriented,
• Improved coordination ability, customer focused,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours, no obstacles to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cordinating the requests from Sales Department, receiving necessary answers from the planning and purchasing departments related to the orders, reporting them to  sales team by interpreting them within the scope of sales,
• Deciding on the limited source of capacity or raw material will be used on which special depand. Priotizing the customer requests based on the fizibility,
• Ensuring that key customer orders are entered to the AXAPTA system and transferred to the production unit and following the process,
• Responding to the customer requests, determining deadlines by making operations management and shipment planning,
• Creating shipment plans and ensuring coordination between regions, sales and planning,
• Following up the manufacturing and standard stocks of orders with special production letters in terms of raw material and production planning, directing and coordinating the manufacturing and program of standard products according to the needs,
• Creating improvement projects that will enable Customer Services team to carry out the business according to defined department and company KPI’s.
• Checking customer credit limits and determining risk limits and creating related solutions.
