Commercial Project Management Senior Specialist

We are looking for a ‘Commercial Project Management Senior Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)’ for Borusan EnBW Energy.

• Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration / Economics or related departments of universities 
• Knowledge and minimum 5 years of practical experience in: Project Commercial Management, Contract Management, Claim and Change Management, Project Budget Controlling and Reporting
• Advanced user experience for MS Office programs and SAP
• Ability to produce clear written reports and communicate professionally in English and Turkish,
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent leadership, influencing, teamwork, and communication skills,
• Working experience in complex, stressful, demanding and highly cross functional environments
• No restriction for travelling

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage commercial procedures of project management processes and pursue all commercial and financial obligations of the contract partners
• Manage contract management process regarding financial concerns and activities
• Coach and counsel project team members on all financial, accounting and contractual matters
• Monitor the contractors/supplier/consultants’ compliance to contractual requirements from initiation until close-out in coordination with project team
• Coordinate all change management processes with project team and oversee all actions regarding commerce and finance
• Knowledge about the incentive certificates and importation/exportion processes
  
• Manage claim negotiations and change order processes with suppliers /contractors  until the closing of the contracts
• Prepare amendments for the contracts
• Cooperation and communication with commercial contract partners and suppliers
• Preparation of monthly project financial reports 
• Perform periodic site visits to ensure and monitor physical and commercial progress on sites
