Financial Controller

Bomi Group Turkey seeks a Financial Controller, who ensures process excellence in the controlling functions, to join our team in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar fields,
• 5+ years of experience in finance role (International exposure highly preferred.),
• Strong understanding of Turkish GAAP and IFRS, cost and profitability analysis, consolidation and periodic reporting, financial risk assessment and management, 
• Advanced command of verbal and written English, 
• Proficiency in use of MS Office programs, and comfortable in learning new systems as needed,
•  Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness,
• Well-organized,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment and work with all levels of management.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will

• Maintain a rigorous overview over all financial and accounting transactions and reporting,
  
• Provide timely, accurate and reliable financial information, 
  
• Supervise the preparation of cash flow tables,
  
• Flag risks and potential risky areas in financial outlook, 
  
• Prepare the monthly P&L and run an analysis between expected and budgeted figures, reporting the results to the management in Turkey and at Global Headquarter,  
  
• Prepare annual budgets and business plans, in coordination with the General Manager of Turkey, and present the budget to the Global Headquarter,
  
• Control all written company contracts with suppliers and customers and raise red flags if any. Coordinate with the legal compliance with the law office. Follow up and confirm all pricing and duration related processes, 
  
• Audit financial work flow randomly to assure that accounting transactions are performed properly,
  
• Coordinate with Bomi’s financial and tax advisors, auditors and the banks which Bomi works with.
