CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Education on a middle level / higher level;
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferably in a fashion brand or retailer)
• Excellent knowledge of English language is mandatory; the knowledge of at least a second foreign language among Italian, French, Spanish would be considered as a plus
• Interest in customer service in fashion or retail environment
• Proactivity, flexibility and Team working
• Strong communication & relationship skills as well as an executional mindset complete the profile we are looking for.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, customer service and follow-up skills
• Ability to develop and foster partner relations
• Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority

İŞ TANIMI

• To guarantee an efficient customer experience to the customer through high level of pre-sale and post-sale service respecting corporate guidelines and deadlines; 
• To guarantee a continuous and thorough communication flow with the warehouses and with the company departments; 
• To tackle any after sales issues, solving client problems, identifying commercial opportunities whilst  preserving the interests of the company, liaising with all departments of the company;
• To solve any issue related to orders returns and payment
• To provide precise and up-to-date information to final consumers, supporting from pre-buying info requests to post sales requests.
