QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Biblos Resort Alaçatı Quality & Training Manager is monitoring, in coordination with Departmental Leaders, the correct application of policies, standards and procedures. It will carry out internal audits in areas where the operation and the service provided to the guest can be verified. The results of the audits must be quantified and communicated to the areas with reports that allow analyzing the best areas of opportunity. It will also manage recurring opportunities monitoring programs that allow continuous improvement, anticipating the results of customer satisfaction.Responsible for defining content for Brand trainings & brand audit checklists. Define & Plan training objectives based on key performance indicators & Business needs. Develop training collaterals & Videos for training and organizational promotions. Decide various modules, content, programs & timelines for the same. Develop & deliver core trainings, Brand trainings, soft skill trainings & functional traings. Monitor & schedule cross departmental training initiatives. Development annual training plan & monthly training calendars

   QUALIFICATIONS

   Have previous experience of leadership in the area of Quality & Training or similar (required)

• Knowledge of luxury hotel standards (required)

• Knowledge in processes of continuous improvement (required)

• Knowledge of statistics and general calculation, ability to analyze and process information.

• Ability to lead work teams

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications (required)

• Have advanced English level (required)

• Have a university or higher education degree in a related discipline (it is valued)

• Must have a professional and neat presentation.

• Have strong interpersonal skills and problem solving skills

• Be highly responsible and reliable

• Ability to work well under pressure in an accelerated environment.

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
