The location of the role is in Eskisehir.

Profile:

• Completed technical studies advantageous, alternatively many years of professional experience in the field of milling production with subsequent leadership role,
• Experience in disciplinary management required,
• Willingness to occasionally work in shifts required,
• Good knowledge of MS Office required,
• Knowledge of SAP S4 is an advantage,
• Initiative, assertiveness, and strong communication skills are required,
• Careful, structured, and responsible way of working is required,
• Quality awareness is a must.
• Good knowledge of English is a plus.

Tasks:

• Management and supervision of the "Milling Division" of our production and the associated team
• Significant design, planning, organization, and supervision of all production processes that fall within your area of responsibility.
• Driving force in the optimization of machine planning and the respective machine running times
• Supporting the optimization of associated production processes and increasing the output quality.
• Supporting the production manager with operational and strategic issues
• Commissioning and subsequent monitoring of the machines in your production area
