We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage the human resources processes while we are developing these exciting projects! 

Job Description: 

• Explain policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants,
• Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to employee activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and classifications,
• Record data for absences, overtime payments,
• Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants,
• Receive employee complaints, suggestions and make sure they have been handled well.

Here are the requirements for this position: 

• Experience in related areas, especially experience in the IT sector will be a plus,
• Hands on experience and excellent knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management and Labour Law,
• Executing Labor Law issues and internal communication processes,
• Preparing contracts and legal documentation,
• To take an active role and coordinate job interviews, job/employee evaluation
