Project Executive (Supply Chain)

We are looking for a “Project Executive (Supply Chain)” who are ready to work with us in our Edible Fats & Oil and Forzen Foods Operations (Supply Chain) function. As a Project Executive, you will have the chance to work cross-functionally in teams and build the skills that will allow you to develop your career. You will involve in specific projects and assignments as part of a planned integration and development programme; acquire knowledge and skills to prepare for future responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree from Food Engineering or Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
• Maximum 4 years experience in Supply Chain/Poduction positons in FMCG sector,
• Excellent command in spoken and written English,
• Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point),
• Analytical minded, innovative, result oriented and good at team work,
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress well,
• Innovative, detail oriented, good follow-up skill,
• Willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to Supply Chain Management, Production and Quality,
• Serves as the process owner of all Supply Chain Management Systems. Requires ability to serve as a change agent, solve problems and drive efforts to improve the performance of Supply Chain processes and the systems,
• Following profitability, feasibility and capacity reporting,
• Actively involving in corporate strategy,
• Active involvement in change management processes in companies,
• To assist Vice President in business processes,
• To involve in/coordinate/lead Business Projects of Production & Logistic & Quality and other factory operations,
• Analysing production flow and supporting Manufacturing projects,
• Planning, implementation and reporting of production related Production System tools,
• To adapt new technologies, new designs of experiments and new production techniques.
