Baymak is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and proactive R&D ENGINEER to contribute to the business strategy.

• Graduate from a university engineering department (preferably mechanical engineering),
• Preferably 3 years or more experience in R&D in one of the heating & cooling, automotive or white goods sectors,
• Very good knowledge of English,
• Good CAD skills,
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, a researcher, a follower and result-oriented,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Resident/will be able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side, Gebze and its surroundings.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out all R&D activities from design to mass production,
• Carry out activities relating to the design of new products, the improvement of existing products and the creation of product files in accordance with project management criteria,
• Play an active role in design, analysis, testing, simulation and optimisation studies,
• Participate in process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency studies, 
• Cooperate effectively with other departments (Marketing, Production, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics),
• Liaise with scientific and technical institutions (universities, research centres, test centres, government agencies, etc.) and service and product suppliers on issues within the scope of the job.
