QUALIFICATIONS

• You must be educated to degree level and/or have equivalent shipping qualification and experience applicable to the role
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Operations Executive needs to be a good communicator who is capable of reporting in a clear and structured way.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and analytical skills are essential as you will be required to analyze operational data to help improve efficiencies and to also predict operationally
• Being familiar with current computer programs used in the industry
• You must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Military service must have been completed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Keeping other departments up-to-date with vessel positions
• Handling vessel operations. You would be involved in the day-to-day operations of the ships and in house cargoes including daily update reports, following up on vessels’ daily movements
• You would also be involved in the analysis and monitoring of operational data to ensure potential problems are averted.
• Liaise with Legal Dept and P&I Club for related matters
