Title: E-ECR Customer Order Management and Merchandise Planning Specialist (temporary 12 months)

Responsible for:

Customer Order Management

• Following up on customer orders, maintaining in SAP and leading the process until delivery
• Order management for export customers and coordination of the processes with the Export department
• Informing customers on regular basis on open orders, account balances and DBS records
• Providing when requested, documents and information like MSDS and TDS
• Announcing promotions and price lists to customers
• Effective usage of sales analysis tools (e.g. Sales Analyzer on DDS) to guide customers on their orders and perform higher sales per order
• Application of Business Rules Management rules on customer orders and providing customer feedback to Marketing for development of the rules
• NCM Notifications: Creating, processing and finalizing NCM notifications, informing the customers on the status, results and actions taken
• Coordinating market investment orders: Creating PASTIS records, processing and checking of investment orders and leading the process until delivery, afterwards ensuring counter invoices are received and sent to Finance for processing
• Processing of all credit and debit notes requests from dealers and bodyshops in SAP

Merchandise Planning

• Reporting of received and open sales orders
• Collecting sales orders, consolidating against current stocks and raising procurement requests for customer replenishment
• Stock management and optimization of through-business warehouse
• Replenishment planning and stock management of direct-business warehouse
• Develop day-to-day relations to local SCM Team to follow up on imports and update customers on delivery dates
• Develop relations to SCM Team in Münster, to exchange on stock development and forecasting
• Defining supply chain related KPIs (e.g. delivery reliability) and reporting the development

Supports in:

• Contract management: Following-up on drafting, maintenance and termination processes of supply contracts with dealers and bodyshops
• Following-up and reporting of market investments and bodyshop consumption commitments
• Reporting of distributor and dealer stocks
• Offer preparation for the sales team during renewal/gaining of bodyshops

Qualifications:

• University degree
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Min 5 years of experience in supply chain and sales support processes
• Preferably knowledge and experience in the automotive refinish coatings market
• Good level of knowledge on SAP and MS Office applications, mainly Excel
• Able to effectively communicate with customers and sales team
