Accounting and Finance Supervisor

We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Supervisor  for Universal Aviation. The Office is Located in Atatürk Havaalanı Yeşilköy(Eski Havaalanı) 

Qualifications for candidates are as follows;

General Properties:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or relevant field,
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance,
• Preferably experience in the aviation industry,
• Good command of both written and spoken English, (needs to communicate in English on daily basis)
• Good command of Microsoft Office programmes,
• Attention to details and careful,
• Prone to teamwork and cooperation, open to innovation and development,
• Be able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Responsible, have high bussiness follow- up.

Job Description :

• Follow up and manage daily financial activities including bank orders, payments, collections.
• Maintaining  the flow of documents and bilateral relations with banks and other financial institutions,
• Being first contact and carrying out the process with the outsource accounting firm. 
• Controlling and recording supplier invoices and forwarding them to the accounting firm,
• Preparation of Proforma invoices via system and  offers to customers,
• Organizing invoices to customers,
• Making current account reconciliations,
• Reporting to company management paying maximum attention to the deadlines.
