PROCUREMENT SENIOR ANALYST
• Bachelor degree in Economy / Engineer / Business
• Minimum 4-6 years in Procurement area
• 2-3 years’ experience to negotiate feed additives/direct materials categories
• Native Turkish speaker, advanced in English, experienced on working with collaboration of the regional office
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Great negotiation & influencing skills
• Strong project & time management skills & Proactive leadership
We are looking for a Procurement candidate as part of the BRF- Banvit Procurement team who will be responsible to lead, develop, negotiate and implement
Animal Nutritional & Health (such as Aminoacids, Premixes, Enzymes, Feed Phosphates, Vaccines, Medicines, etc.) negotiation in close collaboration with the main stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop, lead and implement projects sourcing initiatives
• Drive more effective performance measurements, ensure better value for money
• Others Contract managements, Budget follow up, Supplier development Payment terms improvements Competitive analysis Best practice for yearly selection of Train, benchmark and share best practices to local organizations on fee, costs structure, bonus, rebates, benchmarks, etc.
• Selection and development of local and international suppliers taking into consideration all the cost, quality and logistics requirements of BRF-Banvit.
• Continuous analysis of the Turkey industry, focusing on current and potential suppliers to identify the risks and opportunities for BRF-Banvit.
• Complex and valuable negotiations in the local market, involving large sums of money.
The negotiations involve the analyses of payment terms, logistics and import processes, market share and size of the companies, to minimize the total cost of acquisition and maximize the quality of the suppliers and the operations involved.

• Ability to direct the efforts of a team of diverse professionals and to manage change;
• Confidence, ability to make presentations, to communicate and to handle people from different backgrounds;
• Ability to influence and negotiate with people in all organizational levels, including technical areas and final users;
• Ability to negotiate large financial sums and work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
