Risk Management & Internal Control Leader

We are looking for a Risk Management & Internal Control Leader who will have responsibilities below and lead Internal Controls team in a fast growing and ambitious organization.

• Conducting as-is analysis of the current process, risk management and internal controls system of the company  Prepering and Developing the Group Risk and Control Standards in line with the developed process and procedures

• Performing regular assessments and implementing key control activities for financial and operational processes, assessing their effectiveness and performance 

 • Defining, monitoring and reporting financial and operational risks

 • Supporting process owners in the implementation and remediation plans

 • Ensuring the required measures for risks, SoD and Business Continuity Plans are in place and being performed 

• Working closely with all departments and engaged in all company process and procedures 

 • Preperation of internal control audit and performance reports to company C-level management 

Qualifications

 • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics and/or any other relevant field from reputable universities 

 • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Risk management, Internal Controls or Audit departments 

 • English is a must (position requires active English skills)

 • Big Four experience and CISA/CIA/CRMA certificates are strong assets 

 • Practical knowledge of COBIT/COSO frameworks will be a plus 

 • Good command of MS Office programs and ERP experience

 • No travel restrictions
