QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Baerlocher Turkey was founded in 2012.   Baerlocher Kimya belongs to the Baerlocher Company Group, which is the world’s leading manufacturer of PVC stabilizers for today’s plastics processing industry.

We are looking for a "Customer Service Representative” for our project in Akhisar / Manisa.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, economics or similar fields,
  • Min. 2 years work experience in foreign trade operations,
  • Receiving, registering and continuous follow-up of customer orders,
  • Responding all customer requests efficiently and promptly, keeping proactive contact to customers.
  • Following up the inventory, managing customer deliveries from domestic warehouse and replenishments from intercompanies.
  • Ensuring the domestic/ foreign trade documentation to be delivered complete and on-time to the customers.
  • Handling and archiving full documentation required for the order management.
  • Monitoring order status and ensuring smooth operations by good communication internally with Planning, Sales, Finance, Quality department, and externally with customers, suppliers, service providers...
  • Maintaining operational files and providing monthly reports of all ordering activities.
  • Maintaining and updating master datas in SAP system
  • Using the SAP R3 program in order to obtain necessary datas of reports and to conduct daily works.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, registering and continuous follow-up of customer orders and sales process,
  • Responding all customer requests efficiently and promptly, keeping proactive contact to customers,
  • Following up the inventory, managing customer deliveries from domestic warehouse and replenishments from intercompanies;
  • Negotiating with shipping companies on quarter-based sea freight rates,
  • Arranging and procuring of daily domestic transportation needs,
  • Optimizing loading balance in cooperation with the logistics and warehouse departments,
  • Ensuring the domestic/ foreign trade documentation to be delivered complete and on-time,
  • Handling and archiving full documentation required for the order management,
  • Monitoring order status and ensuring smooth operations by good communication internally with planning, sales, finance and externally with customers, suppliers, service providers,
  • Managing all export and domestic transportation activities of the company,
  • Managing the resolution process of customer complaints and enquiries, coordinating their solution and informing the customers in time,
  • Maintaining operational files and providing monthly reports of all ordering activities,
  • Maintaining and updating master data.
