Core Responsibilities 

• Daily Teams Meeting  for Quality Report sharing with Summary
  
  
• Customer Defect Initial Analysis report /Quality Alert 
  
  
• Attending Customer Events & presentation for the Quality Issues to Customer· 
      
• Minimizing 3rd party rejection by live feedback and daily verification of all shifts & clearance 
  
  
• Daily Interaction with Customer for Quality Issues & requirement & Communication to plant side

What Is Required

• Bachelor's DegrKnowledge of excel and PPTee in Engineering or related field
  
  
• Experience of customer handling for at least 3-4 Years
  
  
• Knowledge of excel and PPT
  
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  
  
• Advanced communication skills in English
  
  
• Team work oriented & Embraces cultural diversity
