QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Mission

 • Secure an efficient, proactive and customer oriented order administration for parts to keep a high service level to our customer center

 • Secure a proactively procurement and parts planning to maintain a high level of availability of parts in stock 

• Maintaining a continuous contact with production planners, sales and marketing teams to ensure a high customer satisfaction

 • Act customer oriented by offering an excellent service and establishing a good relationship with your internal and your external customers.

 • Working as a team to improve the processes and contributing to the department and company's goals.

 • In cooperation with the Global Logistics Team continuously improve the supply chain

 • Secure that we have appropriate and efficient processes and measurements in place and that they are followed • Perform, maintain and develop Customer Service and Inventory Control Processes

 • Lead the Customer Service and Inventory Control Team, create a culture within dept. to facilitate the actions and behaviors to increase customer satisfaction

 • Continuously managing and developing the customer service and planning team in a high performing, qualitative and cost efficient for our customer 

• Secure that we have the right people (personality, knowledge & experience and capacity to grow) in customer service & inventory control team and that they are sufficiently trained and supported to fulfill their mission.

 • Safeguard that everyone in the Customer Service & Inventory Control team respects and lives up to the key-values of Atlas Copco.

 The role 

 •Parts availability and delivery performance follow up and initiate action plan to improve

 •Secure that the targets for the operation are met 

•Map processes and document from purchase order release to goods arrive

 •Implement customer service and inventory control mission, define the structure and organization based on the above major processes

 •Maintain and improve working processes based on operation requirements

 •Define, implement and maintain follow up system. Involve ERP systems and other IS/IT tools issues shooting and development with system team •Inspire, lead the team and follow up the daily operation to give excellent customer service 

•Break down orders coordination between planning, PC and other internal suppliers & customers

 •Back orders follow up and supplier delivery performance communication between sourcing

 •Involve in some projects according to demands

 •Regularly Inventory analysis and take actions to control stock level

 Skills and experience

 •5+ years Logistic experience in logistic planning processes and customer order delivery process with at least 1 year team leader experience

 •Supply chain and inventory management experience

 •Material handling/ Logistic/ distribution experience

 •Experience in project management 

•You have a University degree in engineering or equivalent. You have to be fluent in Turkish and English.

 •Sound knowledge on SAP system, SAP logistic and order process module experience are considered as advantages

 •Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel 

•Good leadership skills. Able to motivate and develop a team

 •Excellent interpersonal skills and team work abilities 

•Strong attention to detail

 •Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills

 •Strong mathematical, analytical and statistical skills

 •Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
