Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree prefably from Economics or Business Administration,
• Must possess solid export process management skills,
• Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills,
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with complex business scenarios,
• Customer and service oriented attitude,
• Good team player, and multitasking ability,
• Fluency in English, second language that matches the related region will be an advantage,
• Proficiency in MS Office apps,
• Min. 3 years experience in Export Operations Management,
• Min. 25 years old,
• No Military obligations for male candidates,

Job Description

Responsible for Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain activities in designated regions,

Playing critical role as an SPC for our own stores and investors,

Process incoming requests and orders,

Determine export controls applicable to the order and coordinate efforts with the regulatory compliance team as needed,

Assure on-going regulatory compliance for the order and ensure accuracy of export documents and charges,

Instruct and liaise with related authorities to prepare and arrange the execution of the shipment of goods,

Create and monitor outbound activities in order to complete the order,

Handle complaints and return shipments,

Interface with and support the International Area Sales Managers,

Working active in planning strategy and process development,

Preparing and submitting reports.
