• Graduated from universities' Automotive and Mechanical Engineering or Teaching departments,
• At least 5 years of experience in After-Sales Services management,
• Having a good command of English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Advanced reporting skills,
• High planning and organizational skills,
• Thinking analytically and working customer oriented,
• Able to carry out after-sales processes and technical issues,
• Have planning and organizational skills,
• Successful in human relations and high persuasion skills,

Job Description:

• Full administration of after-sales (spare parts, warranty, technical)
• Managing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers,
• To support in solving problems that may arise, to develop technical comments,
• To ensure coordination in the workshop consisting of automotive engineers and technicians,
• Increasing the profitability of mechanical, body and paint workshops,
• Developing and increasing service marketing activities,
• Creating projects for new customers and capacity increase.
