QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Arvato CRM Turkey, is a service provider leader in value-added Customer Relationship Management services exceeding over 3,000 employees located in 8 locations. We design and implement innovative solutions for clients all over the world. Among these services; customer services, digital call center solutions, analytical solutions, artificial intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions are available through all communication channels for CRM. In 2018, Arvato CRM Turkey has been accredited as a R&D Center. It focuses on RPA and data analytics in developing innovative solutions. We serve the largest e-commerce giants of the world, the largest telecommunications brands, Turkey's largest banking and insurance companies, public sector and energy sector leaders.


General Qualifications :

University degree in related departments

Preferably 4- 5 years experience HR departmants or eager to learn HR

Preferably native speaker German

Excellent written and verbal communication of English

Experience with gathering data and analyzing information skillfully

Outstanding analytical and decision making skills

Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Good team player with strong problem solving skills

 

Responsibilities:

Recruitment (Global Projects):

Responsible of conducting all recruitment process for nearshore (global) teams and support Head Office positions when necessary

Preparation of onboarding program for new hires

Capable of understanding the business objectives of internal customers and build strong relationship

Act as a coach while managing relations with employees and management team  

Preferably knowledge in Labor Law

Provide key support for HR Change projects and drives process simplification. Work collaboratively with Global Project Teams

Support and organize events and projects to increase corporate culture and employee motivation

 

Reporting:

Responsible of keeping the HR data updated

Responsible of monthly / quarterly / annual reporting of all HR processes that are implemented

Play active role in the analysis and development projects related to all Human Resources systems
