Your Profile

• Law degree from a faculty of law in Turkey,
• 4 years post graduate work experience in a law firm or as an in house lawyer in an equivalent organization,
• Fluency in English,
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences,
• Logical reasoning and persuasiveness.

Your Job Description

• Rendering pragmatic legal advice and analyzing and resolving legal issues that arise in day to day operations in all areas of responsibility,
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken,
• Review and provide legal advice on various legal documents including all services contracts, customer contracts, supply contracts that our Company enters into,
• Ensuring compliance with local laws as well as global procedures, policies and sanctions,
• Organize the conduct of corporate governance processes (e.g. General Assembly, Board Resolutions, signature circular etc.),
• Managing and coordinating the legal advice from the outside legal counsel of the Company.
