JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Recruiting students from related agents on behalf of Arkin University of Creative Arts and Design (ARUCAD) and various international universities that Arkın Global represents

·         Informing students and parents about  education programs and registration process

·         Consulting and informing prospective students in an accurate and timely manner

·         Finding & contacting & collaborating with agents

·         Providing preliminary evaluation, reviewing applications and making recommendations for admission

·         Planning, organizing and participating Turkey and abroad education fairs

·         Maintaining accurate data and meeting internal reporting requirements

·         Supporting to university staff and faculty during the recruiting process

·         Guiding students and conducting student registration procedures in the most effective and in accordance with standards

-         Advising students to complete course registrations in the fall / spring / summer semester

-         Prepare periodic and instant reports requested by the related managers or board of trustees

-         Guiding students and conducting student registration procedures in the most effective and in accordance with standards

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Established network of quality contacts in related area and in the region for international university student recruitment

·         Full professional competency in English

·         (Preferred) Professional competency Russian or Arabic

·         Self-motivated and outstanding communication and collaboration skills

·         Service excellence and experience management mindset and solution oriented

·         Located in İstanbul and able to travel both in Turkey and abroad

·         BA or BA equivalent degree

·         Driving license
