• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering (Electric-Electronic, Computer, Industrial), Masters Degree or MBA is a plus,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in of the following fields; management consultancy (preferred), business project management or internal consulting in top-tier companies; may be complemented with business development, system development or other highly relevant expertise,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, second foreign language is a plus,
• Analytical thinking and structured thinking,
• Data-driven focus and strong problem-solving skills,
• Having experience in preparing and delivering C-level presentations preferred,
• Understanding of B2C concepts (production, supply chain, procurement, retail, marketing etc.),
• Demonstrating active participation in internal and D&C-level meetings,
• Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts and skills fast,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

Arcelik is looking for a Specialist who will work for Strategy & Business Development Directorate,

The Senior Specialist will be part of a group of top-performing individuals working on mission-critical projects such as transformation projects, business development, long term planning, and mergers and acquisitions. All of these projects require direct relationship with Arçelik senior executives and board therefore we are looking for highly motivated, top-performing individuals to join our team.

• Taking an active role in the department projects by owning specific workstreams and managing their requirements with limited need for supervision,
• Understanding and articulating market & consumer needs, build recommendations around B2C concepts
• Providing project management, progress tracking and organizational support,
• Organizing and lead problem solving sessions on themes of certain projects,
• Carrying out complex analytical works that require initiative, quality and speed,
• Coordinating or conducting desk/primary research on themes of certain projects,
• Developing or co-developing business cases/business models.
