QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering fields, 
• Master’s Degree is a plus,
• Minimum 5 years experience in related fields,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Having facilitation skills,
• Having ability to meet and present to senior executives, 
• Strong ability on communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, problem-solving and planning,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Having experience in Project Management is preferable, 
• Having the desire to perform challenging tasks, 
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people, 
• Building collaboration with internal and external customers, 
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - Organizational Effectiveness who will work for Human Resources Directorate. 

• Evaluating an organization’s effectiveness and identify effectiveness opportunities through As-Is reviews, organization design structures, roles & governance model proposals, clear right-sizing propositions for future business needs,
• Proposing projects and initiatives to improve the organization’s ability to deliver better business results,
• Working with business teams to identify process gaps and issues that impact our effectiveness and to provide solutions and recommendations,
• Translating analysis and insights into informative and consumable visualizations and builds compelling presentations to focus leaders on relevant issues and potential solutions,
• Leveraging (and continually develops) a range of tools, approaches and methodologies based on best practice to support key business areas, facilitating them through a thoughtful and thorough Organization Effectiveness and Change approach and activities, 
• Setting structured key performance measures and indicators to monitor organization effectiveness and change activities and updates to key stakeholders,  
• Working closely with the Leadership Team, Center of Excellence (CoE) teams and field/execution teams to engage key stakeholders to facilitate buy-in and change,
• Working with HR executives to support them to execute the transformation, integration and alignment,
• Supporting departmental, regional and organizational initiatives as a change agent.
