Senior Specialist - Strategic Planning

Arçelik

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering or other majors with an MBA degree,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in at least one of the following fields; strategic planning, business development, investment banking, project management or management consultancy,
• Understanding of finance and accounting concepts, experience with financial modeling (feasibility, forecasting, valuation),
• Deep understanding of B2C concepts (production, supply chain, procurement, retail, marketing etc.),
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

İŞ TANIMI

• Developing recommendations for key management problems on a project basis,
• Delivery of internal consultancy and program management support to critical internal projects that require multi-disciplinary skillset,
• Representing Arçelik on business development projects involving external parties,
• Having the management of strategic investment and M&A projects for domestic and international markets,
• Having an ability of execution and coordination of the strategic planning process with all Arçelik functions,
• Following global macro trends, industry, and competition to develop company-specific strategies and action plans,
• Representing Arçelik on various industry bodies.
