Senior Specialist - Business Design

Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist - Business Design who will work for Innovation Directorate.

·       Combining user and customer experiences with business innovation that maps out the future scenarios, products, and services while creating new revenue streams,

·       Creating market leading offerings and ventures,

·       Working on digital product and service innovation with exposure to Business Development and UX Design,

·       Designinga new business model that enhances and extends consumer experience while creating new income opportunities,

·       Developing strategies, timelines, project plans and financial models while balancing the needs of the end-user with concrete plans for scale,

·       Building a steady and growing revenue stream within a creative environment,

·       Interacting closely with other disciplines, such as scientists and builders during the design and development phases of the product and will solve arising issues with a team work.

·       Being comfortable with clients and engaging personality to help leading the business development strategy.

Desired Skills and Experience 

·       Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Design, Innovation, or related Engineering fields,

·       Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in business model with revenue creation,

·       Experience in taking an idea from theory and analysis into a market launch,

·       Having experience in project management as well as planning and coordination,

·       Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

·       Thinking broadly about business,

·       Understanding needs of the market & customer,

·       Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

·       Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

·       Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,

·       Building collaboration,

·       Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Ankara, METU.
